New from Intense!

With big wheels being the rage and all, Intense has developed a couple of new designs that capitalize on the advantages of the 29er. Spawned from customer requests, Intense is now offering a 69er version of their super popular 29er Spider. It is available as I type.

But we can't forget about the all mountain goodness opportunities of 29er land. We've got to take advantage of the newer, fatter breed of 29er tires. How about throwing those new fat tires on an Intense 5.5 29er?

Here's a shot of the prototype Intense 5.5 29er. It should be available later in Spring '07.

Debaser already said that he doesn't want one...

Hats off to Intense for being the first to market the 69er (as far as I know). Trek piloted it but it definitely shows how aggressive Intense is in getting the bikes out to market. I would love to try out a 69er. Any chance you'll get one in Dave?

I know Yeti prototyped one recently and the word was all good. Just when you think they've done it all with mtb's, they throw this at us. I know the 29er movement is valid but we'll see if everything else is just marketing.
