I know that trail. Just be sure not to get caught on it. Do you do it as an out and back or actually escape out on the east-end? Please be quiet on the west-end entrance so that the guy that lives there doesn't start patroling the area.
Debaser, Yeah I've used it as a connector once too. Made for a nice ride on a couple "real" trails that I hadn't done in a while. How much have you explored further west of the entry point? It goes much much further west than you might think... although there are hike-a-bikes involved. I'm still working on doing the whole trail in one ride.

Who is this Karl and how do I get him to show me what is what? Looks like some tasty stuff.
He's shifty. Real shifty.
Do you still have the 4 o'clock afternoons?
So you're saying this Karl doesn't ride a singlespeed. Gotcha...
Yeah still have the 4 o'clock afternoons, and even have Thursday off to do some riding.
If the weather makes nice, we should hook up for a ride. Too much closes early with snow.
That first pic of pablo is a great shot. I love the colors in it. I hear that it was quite the davestyle ride, complete with hiking. I'm jealous!
There was some full on bushwacking over deadfall. Right up your alley.
Pic #2 is the view from where Pable's at in #1.

Quiet is as quiet does. We used it as a connector, e-w.

Not very far. I'm usually alone up there and feel like bear food. One of these days though. Probably next spring.
