Richard, it was great to ride with you. We had a fun group, too.
Ryan - the only poison I've I've had since being in CO was hiking in a bushwhack, no trail, dreadfully tight gulch not far from town. Never had that experience on that ride, though.
Prednisone (ie, see a dr.) is the real deal for the mad itch. You'll feel better almost immediately.

Bummed I missed it but I work until 530 everday except Fridays so i can only make the 6pm rides.
drag man, you should have stopped for a beer at least.
I only drink on Weekdays and Weekends.
I did do a road ride from work at a Melis pace that damn near put me in the hospital.
Question:
Has anyone come down with poison ivy, poison oak or similar after riding Sheephead?
I've broken out in blisters and ichy red areas all over my ankles and lower legs.
Being originally from MN I've chalked it up to poison ivy. But this is the second time and each time it is subsequently worse.
Any commiseration would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Sheephead, you're supposed to stay away from those girls...
Thanks for letting this flatlander tag along, it was blast. If any of you are ever out near Madison WI just look me up to do some riding or drinking.
