Bombs and Bacon @ exit 426

I took the family back to Nebraska for the weekend. I managed to sneak one ride in at Platte River State Park. Trails close at 9 for horse traffic, but it works out ok because the bacon buffet shuts down at 10.

Dawn at the gate.

Tight, twisty, tacky.

Rick leading us out.

Sac museum was pretty amazing. Two huge hangers stuffed with military airplanes. Speed + camera = SR-71.

mmm, bacon. Looks like fun and Platte sure is looking green! We're back in another couple of weeks. Hopefully, I'll be so lucky to make it to Platte, but I'll take the Park, too.
