“I’m not going to miss their business, I’m not going to miss their company, I’m
not going to miss their bike,”

Wow. Strong words for a company that recently announced that it is done with the Independent Bicycle Dealer (IBD) channel. Well, er, except for the company owner's son... Goodbye bicycle dealer, hello Sports Authority.

Yeah, no love for the specialty dealer from Iron Horse. World Wide Cycles (Iron Horse) makes Columbia, K2 and Jeep brand bikes as well. I think they're concentrating more on selling their licensed brands to the mass retailers. It's unfortunate how ill informed many first time bike buyers are. They don't know how shitty those bikes are and how poorly they're put together. Many of those bikes are put together by part time employees that have no business even picking up a wrench. Next time you're in one of those stores see how many loose parts you can find. I can't believe there aren't more lawsuits from people getting seriously injured. Support you're local retailers! They want you're return business and will take care of you!!!
