rain

Since you guys can't ride outside, I'll post a pic from my ride the other day. We have no snow... but we do have mud which means I am spending time on the cross bike.

How are you guys keeping up your spirits? Are you spending time on the trainers? If so how do you keep yourself motivated and amused. I put on a fresh ipod playlist but even that gets old.

Any good riding videos? I just saw Kranked 6, those guys are SICK!

I rode Tuesday on the Single and 1.5 hours on the road yesterday (I was cold though). However, with temps in the single digits, its time for some outdoor hockey at the rink in Lyons. The ice is sweet.

Giddy up.

Depending on what the snow leaves us, I may end up going for a run. yay.

Joe - is the 'back now a commuter and you got a new crosser? What is that - look sweet!

Running and snowshoeing. All good ways to keep in shape...

Although Schuman gets the award for cold singlespeed riding.

Von you gotta take a trip out to cali too.

The kaffenback is the commuter and cross bike. I commute on it daily, but I do 2.5 miles of that on dirt and sneak some singletrack in when its dry! Thats my Cannondale Optimo Cross that I "race" on... The kaffenback so much more comfortable. I am going to do the 300 mile ride on rails to trails/tow path from Pittsburgh to DC this summer on the kaffenback.

rock on,
