Oops! I tried to post some info in the comments, and it obviously didn't take.
Anyway, Thanks Dave, for the help in picking out the parts and the build session on Satuday. I ended up flipping the stem and running a riser bar to get the width I wanted for the ride.
And the ride! It's great! Went to Matthew Winters and Dakata Ridge, which is quite technical and sometimes very rough, and it handled that stuff great.
I'll need to pick up some more parts pretty soon, starting with a new chain, followed by some other goodies.
